A. Digital.

Q. What is documentary style wedding photography?

A. "Telling the tale" of the day as it progresses: the nervous laughs of the bridal party preparing for the ceremony, the surprise of guests chancing upon long-lost friends at the reception, and even the "is it over yet?" expressions of the kids toward the end of the day.

The idea is to preserve spontaneous moments rather than staged "say cheese" style arrangements (though, naturally, there will always be a few standard group poses of bridal parties and families).

Q. What services are included in your wedding packages?

A. Complimentary engagement or bridal photo session; full wedding day coverage, including pre-ceremony preparation and reception; digital processing; online galleries and ordering; digital proof sets for the bride and groom on CD.

Q. What about special anniversaries and other events?

A. Absolutely! From 50th Anniversaries to inaugural celebrations, any event worth celebrating deserves its own storyteller.

Q. What sorts of photography do you have experience in?

A. I have experience in editorial photography for newspapers, magazines, and books as well as in private portrait sessions, wedding photography, and event photography. My photographs have appeared in numerous publications including Coastal Homes Southern Style, Sandlapper: The Magazine of South Carolina, Pool & Billiard Magazine, and Charleston City Paper. I have photographed both large church weddings and small intimate gatherings of friends and family.

Q. What about slideshows and online order forms?

A. Once your wedding or event proofs are ready, you will be able to view them on a private online gallery (a password will be sent via e-mail to you and your guests). Orders for prints, wedding albums, and slideshows can be customized to suit your preferences.

Q. Do you offer video services as well?

A. No, but if this is a service you are interested in, I can assist in arranging for a professional videographer to be present on the day of your wedding or event.

Q. What about huge celebrations that will require extra photographers and assistants?

A. I am happy to work with you on putting together the best photography package for your special day, whether you only need a single photographer or an entire team.

Q. Are you willing to photograph our destination wedding in Prague if we fly you there?

A. Yes, I am. Oslo, too, if you twist my arm.
